Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026

This page is a plain-language description of how VerseEasy currently handles your information. It is provided for transparency and is not a substitute for legal advice. If you are launching commercially, please have an attorney review this document.

Who we are

VerseEasy is a tool for understanding the Christian Bible in plain language, operated by True Anchor LLC. You can reach us at connect@trueanchor.us.

What we collect

VerseEasy is designed to keep your data on your device. Specifically:

Aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count anonymous page views so we can understand how many people use VerseEasy. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not collect personal information. The data we see is aggregate (page views, top pages, country, referrer), never tied to an individual.

What we do not do

Third parties we rely on

Cookies and similar technology

VerseEasy does not set tracking cookies. We use the browser's local storage to keep your "My Journey" entries on your device, and a service worker cache to make the app load quickly and work offline.

Future changes

We expect to add optional accounts and cloud sync (so your journey can follow you across devices). When that happens, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected, where it is stored, and how to delete it. You will be able to use the app without an account.

Children

VerseEasy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You can clear your "My Journey" data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for VerseEasy, or by deleting individual items from the My Journey screen. If you have questions about this policy, email connect@trueanchor.us.
